MISSION STATEMENT:

The mission of the FBCC Counseling Ministry, is to glorify God (Col 3:23) through restoring brothers and sisters to their place of usefulness to Christ in his/her personal/family life, church, community, and work place to His honor and His glory (Gal 6: 1-5).

GOALS:

  • Provide spiritual direction as it relates to change in ones attitude and behavior
  • To identify the problem biblically
  • To counsel all issues from the Word of God and to apply biblical solutions to the problem
  • To motivate change of heart, demonstrating to the counselee that change is possible
  • To provide hope

COUNSELING ACTIVITIES:

  • Individual Couple, Group, and Family Counseling Workshops/Conferences/ Forums
  • Team Building
  • Family Bonding/Enrichment Activities
  • Bible Study
  • Prayer/Outreach
  • Crisis Intervention
  • Discipleship Training

Counselor/Counselee Meetings  scheduled according to service plan..

Ministry meetings  are monthly by notice.
