Goals and Objectives
It is mandatory that the church begin to assist people in addressing the needs and concerns of its members (Deaths, Unemployment, Sickness, Bankruptcy, Business Failures and etc…). Rev. Dr. Arthur Griffin believes that this can be done through the structure of Teams in the church. We are asking every team to do the following:

- Survey the members to determine their respective levels of church participation.
- Survey the members of the team to determine their needs and expectations of the church
- Adopt a service project to be implemented by the team over the next 11 month period
- Establish a monthly team fellowship activity
- Establish and maintain a team site on the church's web site
- Make sure that the team has a 75% tithing record of treasury, time with God and talent

Wednesday Night Team Meeting
The meeting each Wednesday is designed for team members to meet, plan, and report and to receive training necessary to implement the goals and objectives of good kingdom living. Team leaders should encourage every team member to attend the weekly team meeting to stay in touch and involved with the team and church activities.
